Ron is truly a professional at his craft and one of the best, if not the best realtor we’ve worked with out of our 5 moves while in the military. From the very beginning, Ron stressed that selling our house would be a team effort between everyone involved to include us as the sellers, Titan Home Group counterparts, contractors, and everyone else who took part in getting the house sold and he led that team to perfection. Communication was amazing as he was quick to provide updates as soon as they came up and he made sure to let us know that he was readily available at any time of the day, even when he was out of state. There was never a moment during the selling process when I felt like I was out of the loop. Ron is very honest, which is important when choosing a realtor. For example, we were planning on selling our house at a certain price, but Ron let us know that if we decide to stay at that price, he won’t be able to be our realtor as it is way above the current market value and we would be wasting time for both of us. That transparency was exactly what we were looking for and what we needed due to needing to sell our house ASAP. He advised us on where we should price the house so we can get top value and sell quickly, and he couldn’t have been any more correct. We were under contract within 5 days of putting the house on the market and the house appraised exactly what he priced it at! Which finally brings me to how knowledgeable he is. Above all else, as I said in the beginning, Ron is a master at his craft. You can tell he loves what he does, and he truly wants the best for you as the seller/buyer. He and his team work together and are constantly tracking market trends and analysis to arm himself when it comes to negotiations and so you’re aware of how you should manage your money. When looking for a realtor in Alaska, in my opinion, Ron is top two and he isn’t #2. Future clients will have all the confidence knowing that Ron will get the job done.
